Website Development & Design Policy
We provide project discussions, design references, and sample work to help clients understand our quality and development process before confirming a project. If you have any questions regarding our services, please contact us before making a payment.
Eligibility for Refund
Every project is handled professionally and with dedicated effort. We always strive to deliver projects on time according to the agreed scope. However, if a client wishes to cancel a project, the following refund conditions will apply.
Advance Payment Policy
To begin any project, clients are required to pay 50% of the total project cost in advance. This advance confirms the booking of development resources and project scheduling.
- If the project is cancelled within 2 days of the advance payment and development has not started, the advance payment may be refunded after deducting any applicable transaction or consultation charges.
- If project planning, design, or development has already commenced, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
Project Delivery & Refund Policy
✔ Full Refund
A full refund may be considered only if the project has not been started and LUFO Digital Solutions is unable to commence the agreed work.
✔ Partial Refund
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, a refund may be considered only for the portion of work that has not yet been completed. Charges for completed work, planning, design, development, and consultation are non-refundable.
✔ No Refund
Once the project has been completed, approved, delivered, or the final payment has been made, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellation by contacting us via email. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the current stage of the project. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be chargeable.
Policy Updates
LUFO Digital Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately after being published on our website. We encourage clients to review this page periodically.
